How can I understand the mysteries of this earthly world? As a physician, I am amazed at how little we know about the human body. How do we adequately understand "earthly things"? Could it be that heavenly understanding informs earthly knowledge?
Jesus inferred to Nicodemus that earthly issues can only be fully understood from a heavenly perspective. Understanding the human body, as in all earthly pursuits, is only fully expressed when seen through the eyes of the Creator. The answers to what, how, and why questions of this life come from the One who made me and gives me glimpses of the heavenly kingdom.
Join me in seeking truth that is only found through the Holy Spirit's guidance for not only earthly understanding but also eternal understanding.
Dear God, we submit our minds to Your perspective. Help us not lean on our own understanding, and thank You for Your promises to make our paths straight.
